We are looking for an experienced Customer Consultant with an enterprise software development background to join our team. You will have various and diverse responsibilities. You will be working closely with both users from the customers’ side and the in-house development team.

Your responsibilities

Customer-facing responsibilities:

  • Maintaining relationship with key users and customer stakeholders
  • Discussing workflows, problems, business requirements, and solution concepts with key users of the customer
  • Defining user stories based on user discussions and feedback
  • Presenting new developments to the customer (live demos)
  • Training users for the AerinX system
  • Performing live demos for new customers
  • Supporting users and customers during pilot projects and system roll-out (together with the support team)
  • Documenting new developments in the user manual

In-house responsibilities:

  • Up-to-date domain knowledge (aircraft skin inspections)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the whole AerinX system
  • Trying out and testing new developments, and giving feedback to the developers

You should have

  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Experience as a customer consultant (min 2, ideally 3+ years) in an enterprise software development environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Flexibility, willingness to travel to the US and other countries for 2-4 weeks at a time
  • A technical mindset with great attention to detail

It’d also be nice if you have

  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • BSc/MSc in computer science, engineering or relevant field
  • Experience in UI and UX design
  • Experience and passion for AR applications and HoloLens
  • Experience in the aviation industry
  • Experience in software system design, development and coding in any language
  • Basic SQL skills
